Description:
The objective of this course is to provide a piece of detailed information about the concepts and tools that could be applied to enhance human resources practices. Generally, a performance improvement plan can be defined as a plan which determines issues about enhancement and modification. In addition, this course also develops and designs an approach to modify and to improve those issues to enhance a company’s overall performance and profitability.
