Description:
Project governance is the policies, regulations, and processes that define the establishment, management and control of projects, programmes and portfolio. It gives the firm the needed internal control and assures the stakeholders that the money being spent is justified. This course aims at giving the participant the ability to apply good governance techniques to optimise investment, avoid common reasons for failure and motivation of staff through better communication.
