Description:
The aim of this course is to help attendees develop an information system in healthcare services facility. It provides participants with the tools and techniques to design a system that’s compatible with the strategic goals and objectives of the healthcare services. Program management is included in this course through its application on the processed information and data obtained from the information system. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the software used for data collection, storage and patient management (with special emphasis on confidentiality issues).

- Explain data quality control procedures and system protection
- Explain the software used for healthcare personnel management and electronic medical records
