Description:
A contract is a legally binding document and required in all types of business dealings, contract management involves administering contract words, terms and conditions including in the contract to ensure the success of the deal signed. In this course, participants will be aware of the contracting process starting from the negotiation to reaching a final agreement and sign it as an official document to govern the relationship between the two parties involved in the contract, in addition to learning different types of contracts and how to apply them into various industries and sectors.
