Description:
In this course, attendees will be informed about how to foster an accountable workplace and environment and maintain accountability in their companies. Avoiding accountability and confrontation is not a healthy business practise for the employees (who knows well their performance isn’t good enough) as well as for managers (who suppose to be responsible for their employees).
