Mechanical Maintenance Fundamentals

Description:

This course introduces important concepts in mechanical industry such as fluid mechanics, simple machines design, fasteners and friction. Participants will use this knowledge to perform various maintenance tasks by using industrial precision measuring instruments, these instrument includes material selection, machines installation and the application of fit and clearance technique in recognizing premature or excessive equipment wear.

Mechanical Failure Analysis

Description:

This course introduces theoretical and practical concepts about failure analysis and the reasons for failure that has to be resolved to enhance production rate. Mechanical failures stops the production and those failures could be resolved by applying intervention maintenance tools and techniques.
